Integrating research,
design, production, sales, technology & trade, engineering
construction and installation, the Beijing Hong He Gu
Technology Research Institute has now more than 40 senior/intermediate
technical and management personnel and more 200 employees,
with a registered capital of more than RMB6 million and
fixed assets of more than RMB98 million. The Institute's
main products include high-rise water supply equipment
(fully automatic frequency control water supply equipment,
fire water supply equipment, stamped tailor welded stainless
steel water tank, stamped assembled enameled pressed steel
water tank, UV sterilizer, ozone sterilizer, filter, sand
remover, etc.), straight low suction pressure constant
pressure water supply equipment, water treatment equipment
(environment-friendly integrated reclaimed water and sewage

The Institute's name comes from a well-known Canadian
folk song. A good song comes down for generations. It
is our hope that our business and products can be flourishing

| I. Fully automatic
frequency control water supply equipment |

For years many enterprises
and non-profit institutions, hotel, high-rise residential
areas, etc., have been using water tower, elevated water
tank and pressurized tank for their water supply. Those
water supply methods have such common shortcomings as
mismatch between the supply volume and usage volume, high
investment, operation and maintenance costs, poor safety
and reliability and high water/energy consumption. To
overcome those shortcomings, the Beijing Hong He Gu Technology
Research Institute has developed and produced all-digital,
fully automatic frequency control water supply equipment,
based on analysis and comparison of various water supply
methods both at home and abroad, combining high and new
aerospace technologies. To some extent the equipment can
replace water tower, elevated water tank, pressurized
tank and other facilities.
The master unit of the frequency control cabinet uses
the Japanese Sanken frequency converter and low-voltage
parts and components use French Schneider products. The
system features automatic and manual functions, switchable
from the auto mode to manual mode during a failure, allowing
pressure relief through a pressure relief pipe for overpressure
protection. The system also has a failure memorizing feature
for retrieving failure causes anytime. The system is designed
with various protection and alarming features. Water pump
control uses variable-frequency cycling soft start, allowing
the first-start-first-stop mode.

product series integrating catalytic oxidation, tilted-plate
deposition/filtering, sterilizing, anti-flushing and other
features, with a compact structure, small footprint, reduced
investment, low energy consumption, reduced operational
cost, better treatment effect, high automation level and
remarkable economic efficiency. The product is ideal for
urban residential areas, hotels, apartments, governmental
agencies, research institutions, colleges and universities,
large-scale sports and cultural facilities, tourist attractions,
railway stations, wharf, military units, industrial and
mineral enterprises and hospitals in their reclaimed living
water/sewage treatment as well as for treatment of other
biodegradable industrial sewage.

| III. HZG low suction pressure straight frequency
control water supply equipment |

To solve the problem
of secondary water supply induced pollution in a traditional
living water supply system and suction pressure produced
by directly connecting a water pump in a running water
pipe system, we have innovatively developed the new generation
of "Hong He Gu" (Red River Valley) HZG low suction
pressure straight frequency control water supply equipment,
which has not only solved the secondary pollution problem
in water cellars but can also used together with water
purifiers as a pressurizing device in any water supply
system requiring pressurization. The equipment features
1) energy saving, 2) eliminating secondary pollution in
water cellars, 3) water saving and reducing potential
accidents, 4) use of PID closed-cycle control for high
level of constant pressure accuracy and low water pressure
fluctuation, 5) high level of automation, reliable operation
and convenient management, 6) various automatic protection
functions for overload, short circuit, overflow, water
shortage, overpressure, etc., 7) saving investment, small
footprint, convenient to install, use and inspect.

| IV. PCG assembled water tank of stamped
steel plate |

The PCG assembled water tank of stamped
steel plate developed by the Institute is based on summarization
of advantages and disadvantages in various types of
existing water tanks, using advanced die making technologies,
reliable water-tight screw connection and welding approaches,
and excellent surface treatment technologies, widely
used in water supply and heating systems in building
projects, water storage for metallurgical, chemical
engineering, defense projects and other fields. In addition
to such advantages as construction independent manufacture
and installation, requiring no hoisting machinery, quick
on-site assembling, good effects in preventing water
quality from secondary pollution, corrosion proof, shock/impact
resistant and long service life, the PCG (¾Ã¾ÃÅÆ) water
tank has the following features:
1. Use of advanced CAD and CAM approaches to design
and manufacture sophisticated punch shaping dies, which
are pressured and shaped on a 500-ton oil hydraulic
press so that all standard blocks used in the assembled
water tank are highly consistent and accurate.
2. In response to different customer needs, different
stamped plates are used such as stainless steel plates,
aluminum-magnesium alloy plates, coated steel plates,
along with different surface corrosion proof technologies
such as hot-dip galvanizing, 901 special non-toxic aerial
ceramic coating, enameling, etc., and combinations of
different shock resistant designs and different standard
blocks, so as to assemble any elevated or ground water
tanks of 1 to 200 m3 to ensure the product's good adaptability.
3. The preset tension of the water tank's inner lacing
wire is adjustable, allowing the overall structure of
the tank to meet different design requirements.
4. No binding agent or glue have been used in a specially
designed water-tight food grade structure so that the
water tank will be both water tight and compliant with
sanitary requirements for drinking water.

| V. UV sterilizer |

The UV sterilizer
has a stainless steel overall structure, full-automatically
controlled, highly durable, with a nice appearance. It
has a built-in timer for setting start/stop time at will,
along with a built-in time counter for viewing accumulated
operating hours of UV strip lamps at any time. It uses
high-efficiency, energy-saving UV strip lamps with a high-transparency
quartz sheath for the purpose of killing bacteria in an
effective way.

| VI. Swirl sand remover |
| The sand remover is designed for drinking
and industrial water with an above-norm sand content.
It mainly features low energy consumption, good sand removing
effect, particularly ideal for self-contained wells and
deep-well pump with high sand-content underground water.
It is convenient to manage, simple to use, safe and reliable,
without any pollution to water. Any organizations and
individuals depending on well water, rivers, lakes and
pools for their water sources can use the product to remove
sand from their water. It is mainly consists of three
parts, a spin chamber, a debris chamber and a sand storing
tank. |
